Even before we say "I do," we want to laugh, marvel, explore, and most of all: get to know each other even better. We’ve prepared a vibrant program – full of Cape Town, joy of life, and lots of attention to detail. Whether you prefer to relax, stay active, or simply enjoy a sundowner in hand – there’s something for everyone. Come with us on this journey – we can’t wait to share it with you.

PADEL MATCH & TRAINER



Kick Off the Wedding Week with a Padel Tournament! We’re starting the official wedding week on an active note and warmly invite you to a fun padel tournament! Just a 10-minute walk from the Cascades Building, we’ll be hosting a small, friendly event – whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, everyone is welcome! Never played before? No worries – a padel coach will be there to teach the basics and get you started. It’s all about having fun, enjoying some light matches, and sharing good vibes. Bring your sneakers and your best mood – we’ll see you on the court!

BOSCHENDAL NIGHT MARKET



What could be better than strolling under string lights among the vineyards, tasting local delicacies, and toasting with a glass of rosé in hand? Together, we’ll kick off our Wedding Week in the most relaxed way at the Boschendal Night Market – with South African flair, live music, and culinary delights. A night to arrive, enjoy, and get to know each other. We’re so excited to start this journey with you!

LION'S HEAD, SUNSET & MODULAR



The day starts later with a true Cape Town classic: a hike up Lions Head, followed by a Sunset Drink. Together, we’ll climb to the summit – not just for the view, but for the moment. Once at the top, we’ll be rewarded with an unforgettable panorama of the city, etched deeply into our hearts (and perhaps a little muscle soreness the next day). Afterward, we’ll enjoy a spectacular sunset at a rather unknown spot at the base of Lions Head. But that’s not all: if you still have energy in your legs after the summit, you’re warmly invited to join us for some dancing at the legendary Modular Nightclub. From the golden sunset to the neon lights of the night – a day made for goosebumps, great beats, and big emotions.

KIRSTENBOSCH-CONCERT & PICNIC



At the foot of Table Mountain, we’ll spread out blankets, open picnic baskets, and let live music carry us through the afternoon and evening. The Kirstenbosch Summer Concerts are a celebration for all the senses – surrounded by botanical beauty, great company, and the unique magic of this place. Bring your favorite snacks, lie on the grass, and join us in enjoying perhaps the most relaxed festival atmosphere of the week. An evening for the heart, belly, and ears.

CAPE OF GOOD HOPE & DINNER



Today, we’ll head to where two oceans meet, and the world briefly holds its breath: the Cape of Good Hope. With the wind in our hair, spectacular views, and a sense of adventure, we’ll discover the rugged beauty of the Cape Peninsula – accompanied by baboons, penguins at Boulders Beach, and postcard moments in Muizenberg. We’ll end the day with a shared dinner – good wine, great food, and even better conversations.

TABLE MOUNTAIN HIKE



Today, we’re going high: together, we’ll hike up Cape Town’s landmark – the majestic Table Mountain. The journey up is a little adventure, but the reward is enormous: a 360° panorama over the city, sea, and mountains that you’ll never forget. Once at the top, we’ll unwind, enjoy the view, and savor the moment. For those who prefer a more leisurely approach: the cable car is waiting. On top of the Mother City, some cool drinks will be waiting for you. A day to breathe, marvel, and feel free.

VINEYARD VISIT & SOUL LUNCH



Today is all about indulgence: we’ll take you into the dreamy world of Stellenbosch wineries. We’ll start with some wines, snacks and walks through the famous Spier Estate, where not only the wines but also the stories swirl in the glasses. This is where the proposal happened on 05.03.2025 – just our vibe. Afterward, we’ll treat ourselves to a delightful and extraordinary three course lunch at an gorgeous spot – with a stunning view of the vineyards and a menu that brings Cape Town to the plate. A day for connoisseurs – with a glass in hand and a smile on your face.

BEACH VOLLEYBALL CLIFTON



We’ll let the sand slip through our toes and the wind blow through our hair – today, we’re heading to Clifton Beach for a round of beach volleyball. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, it’s less about winning and more about having fun and spending time together at one of Cape Town's most beautiful beaches. With the sun shining and the turquoise water, we’ll send the ball flying and enjoy the lively beach atmosphere. After the game, it’s time for a dip in the waves – so don’t forget your swimwear!

Let’s enjoy, indulge, and celebrate the end of this unforgettable week together.
